We are a small owner-managed company. We employ no sales staff or external managers, you deal directly with the people who care about the company's reputation.

We limit the number of projects we undertake to ensure that our quality of service is not compromised.

With the exception of certain specific trades, (plumbing, electrics, roof tiling and scafolding) all our work is carried out by in-house tradesmen. We directly employ operatives to carry out drainage, foundations, timber kit, brickwork, joinery, plastering and decorations.

We are an NHBC registered company and can offer a 10 year structural warranty on all our complete build packages.

Our timber frames are not produced off-site, we manufacture and erect the kit on site in order to purpose fit the foundation already in place.

We can offer design and technical advice and assist in all stages of the project including acquiring planning and building regulation approvals.

We can convert building regulation drawings into timber frame panel drawings to allow a traditionally designed home to be constructed in timber frame.
