Holland Homes is a small owner managed house building company operating throughout the North East of England.

We use our knowledge and experience to guide you through the Planning, Building Regulation and Project Costing processes and can provide all working drawings and structural calculations to facilitate relevant Local Authority applications. On completion, we provide all reports, certificates and documentation to achieve Local Authority and NHBC requirements.

We offer timber frame kits or preferably, complete build packages, providing a sole contractor 'turn key' approach from foundations to decorations.

We have traded since 2003 and build approximately 6 - 10 dwellings per year.

We are based in offices at Cramlington, Northumberland.

We are an NHBC registered company.

Whilst specialising in building with timber frame construction methods, we are still able to offer buildings in brick/blockwork if traditional build methods are our client's prefered option.
